Phambili SCS is a new logistics & supply chain consulting and solutions development firm. It was founded by seasoned professionals with 20 years combined experience in the industry. We’ve worked and consulted with companies such as ArcelorMittal SA, Transnet, Unitrans Supply Chain Solutions, Tile Africa and Oreport.
Phambili SCS specialises in supply chain design, business intelligence, process modeling, supply chain implementation, transport planning and execution, and inventory optimisation.
We help our clients to contain costs and improve their supply chain strategies by equipping them with business intelligence tools to visualise, analyse and optimise their daily decision making.
Our market includes companies facing supply chain challenges, such as:
Our solutions are sculpted to model our clients’ end-to-end operations, analyse "what-if" scenarios, explore how potential changes may affect service delivery or the cost of doing business, and analyse risks.
We develop customised quality solutions, utilising our client’s inputs and the expertise of our network partners. This involves a comprehensive engagement process from project launch to the rollout phase.
Our Software as a Service (SaaS) platform allows management teams to collaborate with us to plan, monitor, report on, and analyse supply chain and operational performance.
The system has capabilities for forecasting, reporting, consolidation, dashboards, and business intelligence.
Adaptive insights enable organisational leaders to make better, faster, cooperative decisions that drive a true competitive supply chain advantage.
Our vision is to modernise and elevate the South African supply chain services industry to global standards through the latest technologies, professional training and relevant expertise.
We are an independent consultancy with the single-minded objective of driving supply chain efficiencies to the benefit of our customers.
Our team of senior supply chain industry professionals understands the common inefficiencies in supply chain environments and related processes. We promise a proven methodology to continuously improve these processes on behalf of our clients.
FEES AND COMMERCIALS
We have a flexible commercial approach that can be tailored to meet the specific requirements of the client. We structure our commercial arrangements using a client’s current spend on supply chain management as a guideline, and then typically derive the fees for our services and technology as a percentage of this spend.
Again, all our proposals are based on a business case that identifies savings and benefits versus leakages. If either party doubts the validity of the proposal, we will exit negotiations gracefully at that point with no further obligation to the client.
